Treenhill Consulting Ltd wins Best SME HR & Finance Support – Southern England

It’s always so rewarding to be recognised for the work that you do, so I was delighted recently to hear from SME News that Treenhill Consulting Ltd had been chosen as the Best SME HR & Finance Support in Southern England in the UK Enterprise Awards 2021.

The last two years have been a challenge for all businesses. It’s been a huge learning curve for us all. HR professionals like myself have been working hard with our clients to create new blended and agile approaches to working for their people.

Usually of course there would be time to plan, implement and review, but the sheer speed of the pandemic meant that timescales were thrown out of the window and quick solutions were needed to ensure the future stability of those businesses.

I would like to thank SME News for choosing me as the winner. It really does mean a lot to be recognised for the work and field that I am so passionate about.
